Some partnerships begin with a business plan. Ours began with an unexpected connection. When the founder of Studio Nest met Sreeram Potukuchi, founder of Spin Theory Inc. they discovered a curious coincidence: both were born on May 5.

But what made the connection meaningful wasn't the shared birthday. It was how closely their ideas, values, and ambitions aligned. Both believed that technology should do more than follow trends or generate revenue. It should solve real problems, simplify lives, and create lasting value.
